If Anet set it up where your account would be locked down (unable to be used) after XX amount of bad logins:
1. It would open up a way to grief other people by simply and purposefully locking them out...all you'd need is Guild Wars and their e-mail address. 2. The additional overhead of unlocking peoples accounts, a system would have to be in place, etc. |
